Wofforth Water Expo The second annual City of Wolfforth Water Expo is set for 10:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at Frenship High School. “Water—It Matters” is the theme. Speakers, exhibitors and vendors will provide information about xeric landscaping, water conservation in the home and landscape, rainwater harvesting and other water-related subjects. Lubbock County 4-H Teen Council will be holding a dog dip from 10 am - 12 pm on Saturday, June 20 at Tractor Supply, located at 7531 82nd St in Lubbock. You can protect your dogs from fleas and ticks, save money, and support the Lubbock County 4-H Teen Council by getting your dogs dipped for $5 (cash only) at this fundraiser.  All dogs must be on a leash and have proof of current rabies vaccinations. Homemade dog treats will also be available to purchase.
